For the 2022 BGCA Flag Football Season, BGCA Athletics will be implementing an Academy Model Coaching framework, defined as a partnership between Boys & Girls Clubs - Alaska Athletics Staff, who will work closely with Volunteer Coaches during practice sessions that use developmentally age appropriate curriculum, while Volunteer Coaches will lead his/her specific team during game days.

As such, we are always accepting applications for those wishing to volunteer coach.
